Stamp Out Domestic Violence

  • Fox Valley & Green Bay
  • PO Box 142
    Combined Locks WI 54113

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Creative Juices, in partnership with Harbor House want to promote awareness in an effort to bring about change! Creative Juices is very excited to announce our “Stamp out Domestic Violence” Campaign to benefit Harbor House! In an effort to help “Stamp Out Domestic Violence,” every stamped metal design ordered in person or through Creative Juices website, www.GetYourJuicesMoving.com, from Oct 1 to Oct 31, 2014 will help provide funding for Harbor House in Appleton and their continued support of victims of Domestic Violence. Harbor House provides many helpful and supportive programs from Child Advocacy to Financial Goal Planning as well as 24 hour immediate shelter needs, that would not be possible without the support of the surrounding community and area businesses. Threw the entire month of October, Creative Juices will be donating 50% of purchases from their entire stamped metal collection, premade or custom order, to Harbor House and their efforts to house and support abuse victims. Creative Juices will also be offering a series of DIY stamped metal workshops at various times and locations throughout the Fox Valley area the entire month. Creative Juices Artisan, Alissa Henrickson will also be on site at the Harbor House Warrior Princess Mud Run on Oct 4, at Mosquito Hill Nature Center in New London, WI, to kick off the ''Stamp Out Domestic Violence'' Campaign. The energy at this event is just incredible and we hope you plan to be there too, to cheer on your favorite runners as they overcome the obstacle course to bring about awareness and strive for change. There is still time to sign up for the run if you would like to participate and Creative Juices will have tools on site at the run to design pieces that day, or runners, their support teams and volunteers can also try stamping for themselves with a Harbor House donation. A calendar of Art Events & Workshops, along with more details about Harbor House and how you can help, are available at Creative Juices website, www.GetYourJuicesMoving.com. Get social with us and you can also find out more details and event updates at our Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest pages and the event link https://www.facebook.com/events/335480709945296/. The benefit to Creative Juices patrons is that they will be donating to a worthwhile cause simply by their purchase. In addition, they will also be given a shopping code at the time of purchase to be used toward a future purchase because of their generosity and one lucky person who attends a stamped metal workshop, makes a purchase, places an order or donates to Harbor House through our site in the month of Oct will WIN a handstand design for FREE. The “Stamp Out Domestic Violence” Campaign is a collaborative effort by Creative Juices Handcrafted Gifts & Arts Education in partnership with Harbor House, to promote Domestic Violence Awareness Month & to benefit Harbor House’s support services right here in the Fox Valley. We’ll have more announcements throughout the next couple of months so make sure to “like” Creative Juices on Facebook to keep up with new information as it comes available! Harbor House is so much more than a place to stay. They provide knowledge, resources and most important of all, HOPE! The need is great and we want to spread the word that together, we can all give a hand to “Stamp Out Domestic Violence!”
